How to insert online video in MSWord

You can insert online video to your word document.

Steps:

1.  Click Insert tab – Online video.

2.   A new window ‘Insert video‘ pops up.

3.  There’ll be 3 options – Bing Video Search, YouTube, and From a Video Embed Code.

    You can embed by either methods.

     Here I’ll demonstrate how to embed from YouTube.

4.    Enter the video name you want to embed and click search icon. (Make sure you are connected to        internet).

   Here I am searching a video “An overview of storage on google account”.

5.   You’ll get search result in a moment.

6. Select the  video you want to insert and click ‘Insert’ button below.

       7.  The selected video embedded in your document as thumbnail.

     8.  You can do  formatting by right click on thumbnail.
