In order to create bot application using visual studio,you need to have 'BOT Template' in project template.
To add 'BOT Template' in visual studio 2013/2015, process following steps.
1. Download zip file from the link.
2. unzip the Downloaded file and save in visual studio templates dierectory.
“%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C#\”
3. Open visual studio and you can see the new template under visual c# 'Bot Application' as per below screenshot.
